Join an interactive pour over brewing session and learn the technique to get the best tasting coffee from your V60. Covering the fundamentals of what makes each coffee's flavour unique, you will learn how to brew consistently tasty cups of coffee.
What we'll do
In a Live Video Session we start by introducing one of the most popular pour-over coffee brewers, the Hario V60. Your trainer will go through the ideal brewing technique to get the best tasting coffee from your V60, and the foundations of what makes coffee taste the way it does. We will then make a brew together, and our trainer will guide you through tasting your coffee and give advice on small, but important, aspects to improve brewing technique.
We finish with one final brew to nail the technique, and by the end of the session you'll have coffee left keep to practising your new-found V60 skills after the class!
How does the booking process work?
When booking the Brewing Masterclass, you select the date and time of your Live Video Session, and the number of Brewing Packs you want for your group. We will post these to each individual address, which you submit to us after completing your booking, one week before your session.
The price of the Masterclass is £50, and each Brewing Pack is £30 incl. UK shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read this page about international shipping before booking from outside of the UK.
What's in the Brewing Pack?
Each Brewing Pack contains a Hario V60 set, with a plastic 2-cup V60 brewer, 40 filter papers and a measuring spoon. The pack also includes two 30g bags of two different seasonal coffees, roasted by Square Mile Coffee Roasters, and a card with the recipe we’ll be using and the step-by-step brewing technique.
