Introduction To Latte Art Course
Learn how to produce perfectly smooth, glossy microfoam milk for your coffee, then improve your pouring with plenty of hands-on practice and coaching.
In this course we'll start with perfecting our milk steaming to consistently achieve microfoam milk, ideal for latte art. Next we break down the component techniques of free pouring and look at how the 3 key free pour patterns are made – heart, tulip and rosetta.
As we go, we'll identify the small but critical steps that make for excellent latte art, taking away techniques to help you practise your new skills. This course is a great complement to our Home Barista or SCA Barista Skills Foundation courses.
