How do I contact you about my booking? You can call us on +44 (0)207 242 0467 9am – 5pm daily, or send us an email at training@prufrockconsulting.com Please have your booking reference number to hand, or include it in the email.

When we are running a course we might not be able to take your call straight away. If this is the case, please send us an email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

How do I get a booking reference number?

You get one automatically as part of the booking process. When booking a course online we’ll send you a confirmation email that will include a booking reference number. You’ll need your booking reference if you want to contact us regarding your booking.

Will you send me a ticket?

No, just let the baristas in the cafe know you’re here for a class when you arrive, and we’ll check you off our attendee list.

How do I know if my booking has gone through?

Once you have completed the booking form and submitted your payment, you will get an email confirmation from us – please ensure that you enter your email address correctly when booking. Your email confirmation will show details of your booking including: class, date, venue, number of spaces and booking reference.

Many email account providers offer a filter service to protect you from unwanted junk mail or ‘spam’. It is possible that your email confirmation from us has been mistakenly filtered by this service; so if you do not receive email confirmation from us within 24 hours, please check your Junk Mail and/or Deleted Files folders first.

Can I cancel my booking if I change my mind?

Yes you can. Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 working days before the class by contacting us via email, telephone or in-person. We will then issue you a refund within 2 working days. You can find the full Terms & Conditions here.

What happens if a class is cancelled?

This almost never happens, but if it does we’ll contact you via the contact details you gave us when you booked. You will be given a choice between choosing another date or getting your money back.

What is the minimum age requirement to attend a course?

We recommend 16 to be the youngest to attend a course with us, to be able to get the most from it. Feel free to contact us via email training@prufrockconsulting.com, if anyone is younger or if you're unsure.

How can I pay for my booking?

All online bookings are processed through Shopify Payments who partner with Stripe, or through PayPal. You can also pay with Prufrock Training & Consulting gift cards at the checkout.

If specifically requested we can take payment over the phone or in-person at Prufrock Café by credit or debit cards. We cannot accept payments by cash, cheque or postal order.

How can I pay with my gift card?

To redeem a Prufrock Training & Consulting gift card, choose your course and date on our website and head to the checkout. Instead of adding your payment details, add your gift card code where it says “Gift Card Code”, located underneath your order summary, and click “Apply”.

If you have a physical Prufrock Coffee gift card, please contact us through training@prufrockconsulting.com, and we'll help you book a course and take payment with your gift card.
